Clinical Psychologist - Anxiety Disorders Specialty

The Department of Psychiatry at Dartmouth Health is seeking a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist to join its faculty at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center located in beautiful northern New England. The psychologist joining our faculty in this position will provide services and contribute their academic talents to the Anxiety Disorders Service, a specialty outpatient service devoted to anxiety and related disorders.
In this role, you will work with an engaged, multidisciplinary faculty comprised of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers with diverse clinical and research interests to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic assessment and treatment of adult patients in the outpatient clinic presenting with anxiety and related disorders, including obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician and enthusiastic teacher, with strong interest and experience in anxiety disorders. This position is especially well-suited to psychologists interested in collaborating on existing research projects and developing an independent line of scholarly research. An essential part of your role is supervising and training psychology trainees and resident physicians in evidence-based therapies. Training in exposure-based protocols and the larger cognitive-behavioral model is highly valued. In addition, you will have an opportunity to further expand our vibrant doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship training programs as well as support the growth and expansion of the Anxiety Disorders Service through various ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
- Completion of a predoctoral internship from an APA- or CPA-accredited internship program.
- Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship from an APPIC accredited program.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
- Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in the state of NH.
