What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management via secure video (telepsychiatry).
- Treat a steady stream of referred adult patients.
- Focus on care, not admin – our team handles scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing for you.
- Maintain thorough documentation in our user-friendly EHR.

Compensation & Schedule
This is a part-time position with competitive, transparent compensation. Flat rates per encounter: Initial evaluations are paid at $XX per eval, and follow-ups are paid at $XX per visit. Providers are paid biweekly via direct deposit. There is no minimum patient quota, but we do require at least 10 scheduled hours per week to ensure continuity of care. No on-call duties. You have full control over your schedule – you set your available days/times in our scheduling system. (Many of our NPs opt to cluster appointments in defined blocks, and some choose to offer evening or weekend slots for increased patient access – completely up to you!)

Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Active PMHNP license in MA (multi-state licensure a plus), MCSR, and a DEA registration.
- 2+ years of post-training psychiatric prescribing experience (preferred).
- A private, HIPAA-compliant home office (reliable internet, webcam) for telehealth.
- Professional liability malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain coverage).
- Compassion, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality documentation and patient care.
