Company History
Born out of joining two great companies, Correct Care Solutions and Correctional Medical Group Companies, Wellpath has over 35 years of experience providing high-quality medical and behavioral care to often overlooked patient populations in challenging clinical environments.
The company was founded in 2003 by Jerry Boyle. Currently, Wellpath is owned by private equity firm H.I.G. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and maintaining a strong presence in San Diego, California, Wellpath provides localized, high-quality, compassionate healthcare to nearly 300,000 patients daily in more than 550 health clinics and hospitals across almost 40 U.S. states and Australia.
