What You Will Do
- Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to prepare eligible high school students for post-secondary education.
- Offer tutoring and instructional support to help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges.
- Guide students through college admissions, financial aid, and career planning processes.
- Build students' academic skills and readiness for college-level work.
- Provide instruction and support across core subject areas, including math, science, English, and social studies.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for working with educational programs serving disadvantaged youth, particularly low-income and first-generation high school students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications recommended.
- Valid teaching certification strongly preferred.
