Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Arbor Family Health

Location: Baton Rouge, LA Area

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No on-call or weekends)

Arbor Family Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinic and integrated care team serving the Baton Rouge area. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside a dedicated team of mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and primary care providers.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, on-site position (five clinical days per week)
• Average caseload of 5 to 7 patients per clinic day
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities unless otherwise specified
• Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
