Work Schedule: 7 Days a week

Partnered with a facility in eastern Ohio with a contract assignment for a Psychiatrist and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to assist their team.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• 24-hour call required
• Duties: Routine, urgent, and emergent mental health care, suicide prevention and crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and discharge planning and reentry coordination
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, walk through botanical gardens and a conservatory showcasing seasonal displays, browse a historic marketplace, and hike trails in nearby parks.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Psychiatrist Ohio state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Psychiatrist program
• One year of work experience as Psychiatrist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
