At Empowered Minds Clinic, we’re not an employer — we’re a platform built by a psychiatrist, for psychiatrists. We remove the barriers that make private work daunting, so you can practise with autonomy and confidence.
 
You set your own hours, patient profile, and fees. Our current psychiatrists typically charge around $800/hr, but your scale is up to you. We handle the rest — referrals, admin, billing, rebates, tech and patient communication — so you can focus purely on psychiatry.

Requirements

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP)
• Current Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• Residency in Australia (Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident)
• Eligible under AHPRA to practise psychiatry (we can support those subject to the 10-year moratorium; our clinic is located in a Distribution Priority Area [DPA])
• Professional indemnity insurance
   
  We’re especially keen to connect with Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists, though all specialties are welcome.
