Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Opportunity in Washington, Pennsylvania

Practice Overview

• Join an integrated outpatient behavioral health team alongside psychiatrists, primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff.
• Treat children, adolescents, and adults with conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and chronic disease-related behavioral health concerns.
• Practice independently while collaborating through care team huddles, warm handoffs, and coordinated treatment planning.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family therapy.

Schedule

• 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Choose between an 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM weekday schedule.
• Average of approximately 8 patients per day with extended appointment times for comprehensive care.
• No weekend or call responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of approximately $64,500 annually plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
• Compensation is paid regardless of scheduled patient no-shows.

Candidate Requirements

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license required.
• Experience providing behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and counseling across multiple age groups preferred.
• Comfortable treating patients with trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and substance use disorders.
• Interest in collaborative, integrated care and serving medically underserved communities.
