Northern California LCSW Opportunity: 4-Day Workweek, No Call & Exceptional Quality of Life
We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a well-established healthcare organization in Northern California. Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient 4-day workweek designed to promote work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and no after hours responsibilities
- Provide counseling and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population in a community-focused setting
- Work alongside experienced clinical and administrative staff committed to your success
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive starting salary of $104,000 with incentives for upside earning potential
- $25,000 signing bonus, $10,000 for relocation assistance, and 6 months of free housing available

Position Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Must have a full, active California LCSW license or one in process (associate-level licenses will not be considered)
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based care environment
