Be part of the Behavioral Health Treatment Teams or Integrated Behavioral Health Teams providing outpatient diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, psychological testing, and/or psychotherapy services for patients and families impacted by anxiety, depression, pain, stress and trauma issues.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including specialty care or integrated behavioral health psychologists, psychiatrists, and other medical providers, to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic, psychological, and biopsychosocial evaluations and implementing therapeutic treatment plans toward defined goals. The role provides clinical interventions such as individual, marital, couples, family, and group therapy, along with patient and family education.

Psychologists have the opportunity to develop areas of special interest, including neuropsychological testing, group therapy, eating disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or consultation within partial hospital programs or inpatient mental health units, with a high need for experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to staff development through consultation, education, supervision, and program development. Preference is given to licensed psychologists with prior experience in psychological testing and outpatient Behavioral Health Specialty Clinic settings.

Requirements

PSYCHOLOGIST

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Minimum of one-year experience is preferred
• Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
• License eligible within one year of hire by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Minimum of one-year experience is required.
• Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) required.

ASSOCIATE PSYCHOTHERAPIST

• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Clinical internship experience relevant to the position is preferred.
• Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Social Work as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW).  Full licensure for independent practice (MN LICSW) is required within 5 years of hire.
